Planned Booking Portal Downtime

Dear Trade Partners,

There is a planned Amadeus downtime on 9 Jan 0300-0315 SGT. All e-ticket and EMD issuances, revalidations, reissuances and refunds on AGENT 360 will be impacted. An error will be presented if these transactions are attempted within the outage window. Attempts to acknowledge or rebook via self-reaccommodation will also fail during the outage window.

Travel agents are advised to only proceed with the above transactions after the maintenance window.
