Amex Card Payment Downtime

There is a planned Amex card payment downtime on 24 Mar 2300 – 25 Mar 0600 SGT. During this period, payment via Amex cards may encounter the errors “TKT CREDIT CARD LINK DOWN - PLEASE CALL TO AUTHORISE” or “Card Denial”. Travel agents are advised to proceed with payment with Amex cards after this maintenance window.
