We are enhancing our in-flight entertainment experience with next-generation KrisWorld and high-speed connectivity, giving your customers more choice, control, and flexibility throughout their journeys. 

Our passengers can enjoy: 

• Immersive experience with 4K high-resolution touchscreen displays, spatial audio, active noise-cancellation headphones, and Bluetooth pairing for personal headphones  
• Redesigned user interface with enhanced search and filtering, a mini-player, and shortcuts to preferred content categories  
• More choice and personalization with over 2,500 entertainment options, a new user interface, and a wellness planner featuring content on sleep and meditation, as well as breathing and stretching exercises that can be done from the seat.
• High-speed connectivity that complements KrisWorld, supporting video streaming, social media, gaming, and work on personal devices  

Singapore Airlines introduces new amenity kits, sleeper suits and travel essentials as part of its refreshed travel experience from November 2026.

* Suites and First Class: Sisley amenity kits featuring products from the Sisleÿa and Sisleÿum ranges, plus new 100% cotton sleeper suits.

* Business Class: Sleeper suits for the first time, together with Byredo amenity kits featuring the signature Blanche Eau de Parfum.

* Premium Economy Class: A new zip pouch with Singapore Airlines’ distinctive batik motif, including INK & WATER lip balm, sleep masks, socks and a dental care kit.

* Economy Class: A specially designed drawstring pouch with the Singapore Airlines batik motif and a selection of travel essentials.

These amenities form part of our enhanced end-to-end travel experience, which we will introduce in November 2026. The wider experience will include next-generation cabin products, enhancements to the KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, exclusive onboard amenities, high-speed connectivity and additional ground services.

We are enhancing the Singapore Airlines in-flight dining experience across all cabin classes, with new menus, expanded beverage choices and new premium serviceware.

Key highlights:

*Singapore Airlines Chefs’ Selection: over 100 new and refreshed appetisers, main courses and desserts across all cabin classes, created by our in-house and guest chefs together with our catering partners.

*More beverage choice: new wine labels for Suites, First Class and Business Class, plus new spirits across all cabin classes.

*New Christofle serviceware for Suites, First Class and Business Class, complemented by refined presentation touches for selected dishes in Suites and First Class.

These enhancements form one pillar of our broader investment in an elevated end-to-end travel experience, alongside next-generation cabin products, the KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system, new amenities, high-speed connectivity and on-ground services. This elevated travel experience will be unveiled in Singapore in November 2026.

We are proud to share that Skytrax has named Singapore Airlines the World’s Best Airline for 2026 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards. This marks the sixth time we have received Skytrax’s top airline accolade.

Singapore Airlines also received awards for Best Airline in Asia, World’s Best Economy Class, and World’s Best Economy Class Onboard Catering. Our low-cost subsidiary Scoot earned the title of Best Long Haul Low-Cost Airline for the sixth consecutive year.

We are pleased to share details of the re-launched Changi Transit Privileges programme, running until 31st March 2027. The programme rewards passengers transiting through Singapore Changi Airport.  

Eligible passengers, e.g. origination from Germany and Switzerland, can receive one 1x SGD10 voucher per transit. Passengers transiting Changi Airport in both directions, will be entitled to a total of SGD20 in Changi Vouchers. 

The Changi Transit e-Voucher can be used at all participating retail outlets located within the transit areas of Changi Airport. 

Air New Zealand and Singapore Airlines are expanding their joint route network to New Zealand for the winter 2026/27. For their customers, this means more seats, greater flexibility, and better connecting possibilities via the Singapore hub – including routes to Asia.

Christchurch becomes even more attractive: Air New Zealand is introducing additional nonstop flights from Singapore. Together with Singapore Airlines, there will be significantly more connections to the South Island during the high season.

More capacity to Auckland: Overall, the service between Singapore and New Zealand is being noticeably expanded – including more premium options on selected flights.

Singapore Airlines has chosen Starlink to provide a seamless connection from 10,000 meters up using cutting-edge, high-speed in-flight WLAN across our entire fleet. The rollout will begin in a phased approach in the first quarter of 2027, with completion expected by the end of 2029. All passengers traveling on our Airbus A350-900 long-haul and ultra-long-haul aircraft, as well as on our A380 fleet, will benefit from Starlink’s high-speed connectivity.
