Planned Booking Portal Downtime

Dear Trade Partners,

There is a planned Amadeus downtime on the following dates:

  • 15 Jan 0300-0315 SGT
    Travel agents can issue tickets and EMDs but confirmation emails will not be sent during this period. As a workaround, agents can download/email a copy of the eticket during this period. 
  • 16 Jan 0300-0315 SGT 
    Seat additions will be unavailable during this period. An error will be presented if attempted within the outage window. 


Travel agents are advised to only proceed with the above transactions after the maintenance window.
